Terms & Conditions
The following overview explains the general terms for working with Ilsur Khusainov ApS. Your signed photography agreement contains the specific conditions for your booking and takes precedence if terms differ.

1. Booking & agreement
A date is reserved only after both parties have signed a photography agreement and the booking payment stated in that agreement has been received. Until then, availability is not guaranteed.
2. Payment
The remaining balance and payment schedule will be set out in your individual agreement. Prices are stated in Danish kroner and include VAT where applicable. Additional travel or accommodation costs are agreed in writing before booking.
3. Cancellation & postponement
Cancellation and postponement terms, including any retained booking payment or rescheduling fee, are defined in the signed agreement. Where possible, reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate a new date, subject to availability.
4. Artistic discretion
By booking, clients acknowledge the photographer’s documentary approach and grant discretion over capture, selection and editing. While every effort is made to record the meaningful parts of the day, no specific photograph can be guaranteed.
5. Delivery & archive
The estimated delivery timeframe and minimum image count are stated in the selected collection. Final photographs are delivered through a private online gallery. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their files once delivered.
6. Usage & copyright
Copyright remains with Ilsur Khusainov ApS. Clients receive personal usage and printing rights. Commercial use, resale, alteration or use by suppliers requires prior written permission. Portfolio publication is handled according to the permissions in the signed agreement.
7. Privacy
Inquiry and booking information is used only to respond, provide contracted services, meet legal obligations and maintain necessary business records. Information is not sold. Service providers may process limited data when required for gallery delivery, communication or accounting.
8. Your data rights
Under applicable data-protection law, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to legal record-keeping duties. Privacy requests can be sent to the contact email listed on this website.
9. Liability & circumstances beyond control
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the photography service, except where such a limitation is not permitted by law. If illness, accident or circumstances beyond reasonable control prevent performance, the remedies in the signed agreement will apply.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly will be handled by the competent courts of Denmark.
